Rocky Hill holds a Master's Degree in Psychology and has been a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor for 19 years. Rocky began his own journey of recovery in 1980 and continues to be active in his recovery today. Rocky served seventeen years on the Board of Directors for the two local hospitals.

Debbie Hill is a Registered Nurse. She has 27 years of experience in both Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency nursing. Debbie is skilled in both medical detox and dual diagnosis care.

Hill Alcohol and Drug Treatments drug rehab treatment center has been a clinical learning site for the RN students at Mt. San Jacinto College for many years. Debbie Hill provides instruction to the students in clinical assessment in detox and rehab, and has received recognition for her vision to advocate nurses regarding drug and alcohol addiction treatment.

Medical Director: Larry Boggeln, M.D. and John Feeney, D.O. serve as the program's medical directors. They provide medical detox assessment and ambulatory detox services.

Psychiatric Consultant: Dr. Ariel DeLlanos is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and works with Hill Alcohol and Drug Treatment in providing psychiatric consultations to our patients as needed. He is also suboxone certified and works in conjunction with the program providing detox care for opiate addiction therapy.

Pain Management Consultant: Dr. Jack Druet is Board Certified in Pain Management and is also Suboxone certified. He works in conjunction with the program in providing detox care and opiate addiction treatments. Dr. Druet and Dr. Sial provide hope to the patients suffering from both chronic pain issues and addictive disorders.

Primary Counseling Staff: The team of chemical dependency professionals includes both Bachelors and Master level counselors. They are certified in addiction counseling and bring many years of both personal and professional drug rehabilitation treatment experience to the program.

All staff is committed to the acceptance of personal responsibility as the cornerstone to the change process. They also understand, however, that if we are to be responsible we MUST have the ability to respond. It is the staffs mission to introduce clients to the hope recovery from addiction promises to live a life "Beyond our wildest dreams". Each is an example of that change and specifically trained to help their client learn how to change the way they feel from the inside rather than the outside. Our recovery rates reflect that commitment.
